Sue Kyaw

 

Sue Kyaw's passion in hospitality began at a very young age. Before accepting the role as the director of front office operations at Ohana Resort, Sue has traveled around the world working at the front desk. Traveling from Myanmar to New York she gained proficiency at the front office. Since Sue has joined the company the guest service scores have rised and she continues to do much more for the Ohana Resort.

Executive Director of Merchandise 

Andrea Ibarra

 

Andrea Ibarra was born in Lima, Peru. At a young age she moved to New York city where she graduated from the New York University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Before joining our company Andrea served as a Director of Merchandise Visual for Legends Hospitality Management at Yankee Stadium for over 10 years. Andrea decided to continue her education and moved to Louisiana, where she attended Louisiana State University and pursued a Master's degree in International Business. Later she was offered a position as Executive Director of Merchandise at Ohana Resort. She oversees the retail operations at our resort. She has been with the company for over 8 years. She has brought innovation and improvement to our merchandise operations which has led to significant department growth.

Danielle Park

 

Born and raised in New York, Danielle Park is always thriving for new possibilities and adventures. Her passion to travel and explore has led her to Ohana Resort in Shreveport, Louisiana which has opened her up to new opportunities. She earned her Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. Danielle has been with the company for 6 years now, and she embraces our companies values by sharing her passions and implementing it. Leading the Food and Beverage Operations has allowed her to release her true talents in the food industry by creating the best team to execute her plans for our guests. She applies the importance of family by helping us create an environment that will allow our guests to feel at home and to explore the new cultures and food of our themed resort.

Amanda Ducos

 

Amanda Marie Ducos born and raised in Miami Florida oversees the entire Pool Bar Operation including events and private parties. Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University of Hospitality and Tourism Management one of the nations oldest hospitality programs on a full internship with a career track position and a M.A in Business and Marketing from Fordham University in New York City . She started her career as a Barista working her way through her college degree. With over 10 years of experience in Mixology, Ducos has promoted great revenue for our adult venues and has taken lead in over seeing each event. As Manger she does regular stock and ordering as necessary as well as keeping up to date with  licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises

Director of Housekeeping Operations

Donna Liu

 

Donna Liu was born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, California. Growing up, Donna always had an interested in the hospitality field which lead to her moving to Las Vegas, Nevada to pursue her dreams. She attended The William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration located at The University of Nevada at Las Vegas which serves one of the world's biggest hospitality and tourism laboratories with all of their hotels and casinos. Donna was able to graduate cum laude and receive her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. Continuing down Donna's career path, she moved to the East coast of the United States to attend Cornell University School of Hotel Administration located in Ithica, New York to receive her Masters of Management in Hospitality. Donna was honored to have attended an Ivy League University. After completing her Masters at Cornell, Donna was offered a full time position as an Executive Housekeeping Manager at an award winning luxury hotel, Mandarin Oriental in New York City. Three years later, Donna decided she wanted a slower pace in life and was offered a position as an Executive Housekeeping Director at the Ohana Resort in Streveport, Louisiana. Donna has been happily there for two years now overseeing the entire department
