Even though Ohana is a value resort, we portray the importance of our guests feeling at home in our resort. It is important for our guests to feel comfortable while staying in our resort. While building our resort, we made sure that each small detail was perfect to match our Hawaiian theme. We want to share the importance of exploring new cultures and we believe that our resort exemplifies the true meaning behind Ohana. Ohana means family, therefore as a value resort, it is our top priority to allow our guests to come together and to feel at ease.
We all brainstormed on the theme of our value resort, and we noticed that we all wanted to focus on families feeling at home when they’re on vacation. We have a very thorough business plan that includes all of the information needed to make our resort a dream come true. We cannot stress it enough, but we portray the importance of our guests feeling welcomed at our resort. Each line of business consist of talented team members that are highly dedicated for our resort. Our community at Ohana is unique, and we believe that if we all unite and share the same values, we can provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Each team member was chosen for their position because of their experience and their remarkable talents in their line of business. Not only do our guests feel at home at our resort, but so do our employees. It is important for our employees to share the same passion that each of us have for the growth of our resort. Each team member brings a lot to our resort and we are grateful to have a great team that assists the value of Ohana. We listen to each of our guests concerns, whether they are good or bad. Everyday we find ways to improve our resort with the help of our guests but also our team.
We ensure that each guest will have an exceptional service when staying at our resort and we hope to meet all of their expectations. Our focus is on our guest, and we have thought of creative and strategic ways to entertain them. We have two pools, playhouse for the kids, pool bar, and live shows to keep our guests constantly entertained. There’s something for everyone to do of all ages at our resort, we make sure that no one is left behind. We even hold a convention once a year that includes three events such as a sandcastle competition, fire breathing show, and hula dancing that allows a lot of our guests to get involved to help us raise money for the Friends of Hawaii charity. This is a fun convention for a good cause, and we make sure that each operation runs smoothly. The convention is a great way for people to learn about the Hawaiian culture, try our authentic speciality buffet, purchase limited edition shirts, and much more!
Our resort is a Hawaiian themed resort and we want to provide a unique experience for all of our guests that stay at our resort. We want to make sure that our themed resort is accurate to the Hawaiian culture. All of our food and drinks are based off of our themed resort for our guests to indulge into the culture. Each line of business does thorough research before deciding which item is put onto our menus. Our resort does a lot of research for the success of our business and we believe that our dedication will be shown through each function of this company.
